‘Autumn Memories’ shines at Belgium fest

Iran, Ukraine, and the Czech Republic joint production ‘Autumn Memories’ has won Best Actor Award from Move Me Productions Online Film Festival in Belgium.

Directed by Iranian filmmaker Ali Fakhr Mousavi, the movie took part in the online fest, competed with 45 films from around the world and finally won Best Actor Award.

The movie is the common product of Iran, Ukraine, and the Czech Republic which started shooting in October 2015 in Ukraine and it was entirely done outside of Iran.

‘Autumn Memories’ is an anti-war love story which depicts the story of a girl whose home and family have been attacked by terrorist groups. As a person who has experienced displacement, blindness and loss of speech she can ultimately find peace and love in another part of the world along with people who are themselves affected by war.

The movie cast list includes Nazanin Ahmady Shahpour Abadi, Aleksandr Ignatusha, Galyna Karpin, Oleksa Kravchuk, Dmytro Linartovych, Nazar Regush, Oleksandr Vakulyuk, Olga I. Voytanovich.

Move Me Productions is an association which aims to promote and produce (short) films. The aim is accomplished by organizing online film festivals, Funding of external directors, production of in-house (short ) films.

The organizers of the online contest select the winners every three month. All winners will receive an official certificate and laurel of winning.
